A spacious Standard Queen Room with Sofa Bed was appreciated as it provided ample space for my family. The staff was generally professional, especially the desk manager, who was helpful. However, a significant issue arose when there were noise disturbances from upstairs guests, and the front desk offered little assistance. Additionally, there were complications with room keys reseting weekly, and the presence of smoking near the entrance was bothersome.

Jollyville's culinary scene blew my mind! Grabbed a bite at Jason's Deli, where the bacon was crispy perfection and sandwiches were stacked high. Church's Chicken was another gem. I couldn't resist those spicy wings! Plus, the friendly staff added bright spots to my stay.

The reservation mix-up was wild. Arrived expecting my room, only for the local hotel office to be as useful as a chocolate teapot. Had to scurry to find another spot at 3 AM! Good thing those culinary finds kept my spirits high.

The security measures, like needing a key card to enter the building, made me feel safe during my stay. However, there were a few hiccups. During my check-in, I noticed a lack of seating in the lobby for guests who arrived early. Also, the mattress could use some upgrading. it wasn't very comfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi had issues, making streaming difficult, which was a downside since I planned to watch some shows after a long day.
